I have been working on my splits for about three weeks now and i am now about 3 to 4 inches left. I am not ale to get those last inches down! I know about the lunge and the straight leg but are there any other ways that you guys learned? Like, a technique your dance/gymnastic teacher told you that would help? Please answer because i really want to get my splits down by this saturday. thanks! camiseta España
