Seeing as we are starting to get members, I thought I'd be the first to properly introduce myself. So... here it goes.
My name is Victoria. On the internet I always either go by Victoria or Vane. I'm your admin.
When I was very little I wanted to be an opera singer, but then decided that a performance career was too down-and-dirty for my quiet, studious nature and I decided instead to become a writer and illustrator. On the week ends I enjoy going out to dance, particularly lindy hop. I'm addicted to E.A. Poe, R. L. Stevenson and Stephen King. I also have an unhealthy obsession with the Haunted Mansion ride in Disneyland.
I am seventeen years old currently, and in college. I'll be turning eighteen this Halloween (in the U.S., by actual birth time will be occurring late the day before).
I obviously really like creating wood, glass and carving effects in photoshop.
I'll be quite active, no worries. I am a very dedicated admin when I set my sights on the running of a site.
So... what about you?

Wow Victoria! I thought you were older then me! Salve! I'm Miyu, pronounced Me-you, it's the name of my very first RPG character and it's what I've been going by on the sites ever since. I just turned 19 and I'm a freshman in college. I'm majoring in History and possibly going to minor in Anthropology. Currently my fav class is Latin, which is why I greeted with salve rather then hello. If I'm inactive college will mostly likely be my excuse why. Since I was young, like 3rd grade, I've wanted to be an Egyptologist and I'm still holding onto that dream. When I'm not learning about mummies though I draw and read. I'd have to say my fav authors would have to be Anne Rice and Suzanne Fisher Staples, and I'm also obsessed with Alice in Wonderland. There's no arguing though that my fav book/play is Cyrano de Bergerac, I'm in love with it. Before college I used to dance, mostly ballet and modern, and a little jazz and tap. I had been dancing for 10 years and Nutcracker is my life, so I might get a little sulky around that time since I'm no in it anymore

Woohoo~ introductions. :D Let’s see if I can do this without branching off into random subjects. Hm…
Well, I’m Pen and my real name is a secret. So shhh. >:o I’m currently sixteen years old and will probably be attending college courses alongside my high school ones. Yay for homeschooling! I’m currently getting back into the swing of things after being out of commission due to various reasons (blech) and am slowly making my way back into world of the living (i.e. schoolwork. Double blech.).
I’ve always had an addiction/obsession with drawing and I can’t honestly go anywhere without a sketch pad and a pencil. Anything I draw is usually related to some story that comes to me or ideas for characters I might roleplay with in the future. I’m also severely addicted to video games and – quite obviously – the computer. Geeky enough for you yet? Currently I’m anticipating the newest Ace Attorney and Pokemon games ( they always take too long! ;__; ), but I refuse to watch the show anymore as it lost it’s appeal right after the Johto season. Not to mention ever after all this time they still say Ash is ten years old. Dubya tee eff? Geeky-ness has become borderline nerd! Red alert!
Werewolves are quite possibly my favorite fantasy creature, though any type of were-creature holds a spot close to my heart. I’m not particularly fond of vampires though. I think the sparkly ones killed it for me. Meh. I’m also a real sucker for horror movies and stuff but I’ve never (and will ever) go see one in theatres. The genre is really intriguing to me but I don’t have the guts to sit through something like that all the way through. I need to be able to control when and how I watch it. Cause I’m a pansy. xD
I also used to be terrified of the Haunted Mansion ride when I was little and it wasn’t until I was forced to go on that I came to love it. I wanna go back right now just to ride again.
Oh, I'm also obsessed with using smilies, but I don't like premade ones. And I'm a sucker for ginger snaps. I love those things. Srsly.
… I’m such a rambler. ;_;

Haha you all sound so interesting xD
Let’s see..
My name is Sarah (It’s so common I don’t even care who knows it anymore Lol) I’m 15 (16 May 5th)
I live in Florida and right now it’s FREEZING
I love you read, write, roleplay (obviously lol), swim, surf the web, IM, and the list probably goes on xD. I’ve made multiple attempts to write novels but it never works out because I just write on the whim – I don’t plan it. I write lots of HP Fanfiction, mostly of the Draco x Ginny (<3) variety. Though I only officially finished 1 (and there’s like..idk..10 maybe xD)
I love to use smiley faces. These are my favorite: ^_^ >.> =D ^^
I have two younger brothers that are a pain in my butt (what siblings aren’t? haha) and I have moved a total of 18 times since I was born.

*deep breath* Alrighty. I'm Bri, but I'll respond to an amazing repertoire of names, including the names of any characters I'm playing. Still, to keep it simple, Bri works. At 17 I'm a high school junior (I felt pathetic when I saw you were the same age and in college, Victoria, until I realized you're almost 18 and I just had my b-day a couple days back.) When I was little I wanted to either be the manager for my best friend when she became a famous singer (don't hear many people giving that presentation on career day) or open a rescue with my two cousins. I would care for dogs, another of them would care of cats, and the third would take in unwanted chickens. These days I want to be a writer on the side, but I haven't found the focus of my career path yet. I'm thinking something with animals, because four legs beat two any day. No offense to humans; we're good for a lot of things, but everyone has their preference. When not role-playing, playing games (girl gamer ftw), or dabbling in fan-fiction, I do have an actual life. I love to spend time with my cat, take walks (especially on these windy fall days!), get together with my friends, play my bass, listen to music, and volunteer at the local human society. As for reading, I like novels but have a special place in my heart for short stories ( The Tell-Tale Heart, The Masque of the Red Death, and Pickman's Model to name a few) . I desperately want to read the Divine Comedy someday. My favorite book is The Sight by David Clement-Davies and is a read I would deeply suggest. And now something I must say to end my rambling. I live in Florida and right now it’s FREEZING That sentence is impossible.

Stephen King fans, geeky girls, and college students galore! Seems I'll fit right in.
Well, to start off, call me Gordon, its a name that I actually started just going off of online. Offline, I'm Daniel. I am a rabid Stephen King fan, am currently working through college at the ripe old age of 19, to become a paramedic. I am a geek, especially with computer games, or anything made by Valve. I have written a little on the side, with one of my stories actually getting posted to a site, and, to top it all off, I play contra bass on the side.
So, yeah, there's me in a nutshell. Oh, also, I live in bigfoot Country.

Gordon: I adore Stephen King, I just got done reading/watching one of his books called Desperation, very disturbing xD
Griffin: Sadly yeah haha. I lived in PA for 6 years before I moved to FL and I know what real freezing is, but now I'm so used to the hot weather 70-68 and stuff is really cold haha

It can get a bit chilly but usually you just need a light jacket. My dad has been saying it has been getting colder, like being 53 early in the morning.
What part of FL if you don't mind me asking? I was born in Gainesville but I'm basically a P-cola girl.

Hey there everyone. I'm Lexi...another old lady I guess, seeing as I am a college sophomore turning 20 this spring. I'm one of the kids who was crazy enough to stick with the ridiculous urge to make an idiot of myself in front of large crowds and I am now a theatre major. Favorite authors....ooh that's a toughie. Alice Sebold, Neil Gaiman, Brian Jacques (LOVED Redwall, still do), John Steinbeck, and Gregory Maguire. Just to name a few. I listen to everything from random Celtic music to Daft Punk. I WISH I could dance....but it's never been my forte. I'd love to learn to ballroom dance though....the guy leads. I could handle that. I'm one of those odd girls whose favorite actors tend to be middle aged and 'rugged' looking instead of the Orlando Bloom, Rob Pattinson pretty boy stuff. Give me Viggo Mortensen, the Hughs (Jackman [in case ya didn't guess from the charrie i'm making] and Laurie. Hoorah for House MD and Wolverine!!), and Johnny Depp any day. Besides the obvious (House), I am also a Gleek. Those are the only two TV shows I follow though....besides that I don't watch TV on a regular basis. I've always wanted to play Magenta from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Lady of the Lake from Spamalot (I'm an avid Python fan too). My dream job is to sing for the traveling Cirque du Soleil show Varekai. Thought when I signed up here I'd try something new for a change....playing a guy. ooooh. Brave of me? Stupid of me? I dunno. Bear with me. I'm gonna try. ^.^ So tell me, am I the lone Californian here? >.< and for the smiley lovers out there.... :-{ i present the MARIO smiley!

Ahah~ The name's Bonnie. ;3 But most call me Bon Bon, Bono, Bonnie the Lee, Bonnalee, Bonzi, The Bonz, Shake your Bon Bon, Jan (Yon) Bon, Janny (Yonny), Bonzai, Bunny, Buns, Usagi, et cetera~ X] I'm known by many names, and they're all hella awesome. Feel free to call me any of 'em~
Weeeeell~ I'm fifteen, yo. And gorgeous, if I do say so myself. I'm a conflicted person when it concerns sexuality...so I prefer the term poly/pansexual! Yeah..It's complicated. xD; Mmm... I've finally stopped being a freshman and am now a sophomore, so booyah~
Oh, and I'm a homeschooled sheltered dorkwad, but we'll get to that later. x3
OHHHH~ <33 My birthday's this Monday, so I expect a hurricane of presents and phone calls. -nodnod-
I enjoy anime to an extent, though prefer OVAs and the like~ Y'know, where they don't look ridiculous and so...so painfully cartoon-esque? I don't like giant eyes and outrageous hair kthx. It makes me lose interest, more often than not.
Buuuuut~ I'm a huge game freak. >.> FF, KH, Metal Gear Solid/Slug, Jak and Daxter, Mario, Pokemon, Splinter Cell, Yoshi, et cetera~ I spend most of my time in front of the tv. X3 If I'm distracted, odds are it's my PS2's fault.
So, that's just about all yous gottsa knows, kids! I'm a cool person, and feel free to hit me up sometime. Want my number? I'm stupid and hand it out all the time. x3 Latorz~
P.S. Moi~[/font]

You can call me Ben, I think I'm the old one around here by the looks of it. I'm 23 years old and living life in the real world...not that it's very amusing at all. When I was still in college I was majoring in Theatre with every intention of making my way to Los Angeles upon graduation. Of course plans never work out the way you expect them to. One thing after another came up and I dropped out 18 credits short of graduation. Hopefully this next year I'll be able to finish up, until then I'm enjoying the Colorado weather as always and spending my time working for the devil while I do some writing on the side, hopefully getting more than just poetry published.
I prefer remaining androgynous in people's eyes...I think it makes for better character understanding. So I forgo my gender and always take the name of the first character I make on a site.
Random Facts: - I've been role playing on the internet for four or five years now, but I've been acting and 'role playing' since I was just a kid. - I'm a customer service manager at Wal-Mart - I've been praised by a pretty big talent agent in Ohio - I make a ridiculous amount of Star Wars and Firefly references - I was a Jedi for Halloween this last year - I've owned more cars that were older than me as opposed to younger - I'm not afraid to Jedi mind trick you - My life gets pretty hectic sometimes and so I might not post for a couple days, but I do promise to post eventually. - Horror movies are my forte - I hope to one day work with Joss Whedon...as he's a cinematic God.

Greetings and salutations!
My name is Renate and I'm 23-years old. I'm from the Netherlands, although I lived in Dublin for a year and am about to move abroad again for the second time. I've been roleplaying for a grand 5 years now and since it is my intention to actually publish the book I'm working on right now, I'd better keep writing to keep my Muse alive. When I was younger, I did some youth theatre and it was my dream to become an actor but since that isn't very easy to achieve in Holland I switched to writing when I was about 12.
I'm fond of literature and I mostly read the classics so my favourite authors are: Jane Austen, Shakespeare, Nathaniel Hawthorne, Edith Warton, etc. Also love 18th century poetry but currently I'm reading Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice. Modern vampire lit is very entertaining, for example the Sookie Stackhouse books.
Btw, I haven't decided yet what my character should be like and I'm still a bit overwhelmed with all the guardian elements, etc.
P.S. Why is my username in lower case? I'm sure I typed Rawdon.

Hehe, my members are awesome. And I have so much that I could say in resposne to everything that's been posted that I can't think of anything to say at all. Overload. It happens.
So, I'll try with some random comments.
Miyu: I thought I was older than you at first, too. No idea why. I certainly don't act more mature. o.0 So you guys know, Miyu and I have known each other since... what... 2005?
Pen: Where did "Pen" come from, then? What's the story there? My pen names (OMG is it because it's a pen name? -overexcited-) are Vane and Vesper, and I have good stories and both of those. Ginger snaps are better than zoloft.
Sarah: Eighteen times beats even me. I went to five different high schools before I graduated, and most people see that as a lot. The thing with me is, I switched families too. Military dad? (I know, that's what they always ask me, but it's a good guess)
Bri: Kitties. =^.^= Rule. Me. Mreeooow. I foster abandoned kittens to the age of maturity because I'm a good kitty-mama and I love my babies, but I couldn't be a vet. I'd die of a broken heart. What's your baby's name? Have any pictures? I read the Divine Comedy and didn't adore it. A lot of the descriptions of punishments were quite creative, and in some ways inspiring (hey, I write horror fiction), but it didn't ring for me. I can't attribute it to my lack of religious belief, though, because I nonetheless quite enjoyed Anne Rice's Memnoch.
Gordon: Oh my gosh a paramedical student is playing our physician. xD YAY! Yeah, we have a nice stock of geeky girls, here. Strangely, this is the most male members I've ever had on a roleplaying site.
Lexi: I found that playing a different gender isn't really that different. It comes naturally. Basically just another personality, with the added element of being male. And you're doing a great job. -pets Alastair- And nope, I live in Cali as well, though my intention is to leave as soon as I can.
Bonnie: xD You're funny, gal! Before you go givin' out your number here, make sure we're all aware of your time zone. For example: 3:00 am... RING RING! "....uuuugh...hello?" "HAPPY BIRTHDAY! IT'S VICTORIA! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAAAAAPPPY BIIIIRTHDAY TO YOU! HAPPY--" click.
Ben: Hehe, Ben the genderless. We're all going to have our own opinion, you know, of what gender you must be. xD I adore that you're studying up on the setting. That's awesomeness for me. ^^ -nudges you in the direction of the member writing section on the Studio board-
Renate: Fixed your name! There's no code to change the display name case, so I have no idea why it might have lowered the case of the R. PM me! I can bounce ideas off of you! (it's okay, you don't have the be bouncy, the ideas are )
